How to play Wing Flap
Wing Flap is a one-tap game of rhythm and control. A small bird falls constantly, and each tap gives it a short upward flap. Your job is to keep it in the air and guide it through the gap in every pair of stone pillars that scroll toward you.
Tap or click the game, or press the Space bar or up arrow, to flap. The first tap starts the game. Each pillar pair you pass scores one point. You lose by hitting a pillar or the ground. The ceiling is harmless: the bird just stops against it. Tap once more after a crash to restart instantly.
The trick is to tap in small, steady rhythms instead of mashing. Think of each tap as a small hop, and use the light arc after the flap to line up with the next gap. Gaps change height, so aim for the middle of the opening and make corrections early. If you are climbing sharply, ease off and let gravity do some of the work.
The gap size and speed stay the same throughout, so improvement comes only from practice. Your best score is stored in this browser. There is no sound, which makes it easy to play quietly anywhere.
Frequently asked questions
Is it the same as other bird games?
It plays on the same simple idea but is an original game with its own art, physics and pillars.
How do I control it?
One input only: tap, click or press Space. Each flap lifts the bird a short way before gravity pulls it down again.
Does it get faster?
No, the speed stays steady. The challenge is staying consistent as the gaps appear at different heights.
