Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-10-05

Your privacy matters. This policy explains what information ViralScopeHub (the “Site”) handles, how cookies and advertising work, and the choices you have.

1. Information we do not collect

The tools on this Site run entirely in your web browser. The numbers, text, files and images you enter into calculators, converters and image tools are processed on your device and are not uploaded to or stored on our servers. We do not require an account, and we do not ask for your name or email address to use any tool.

2. Information stored on your device

Some features save data locally using your browser’s storage (localStorage) so they can work properly. Examples: your light or dark theme choice, high scores and best times in games and skill tests, saved progress in games such as the farm, the idle clicker and the block builder, and text saved by the online notepad. This information stays on your device, is not sent to us, and you can remove it at any time by clearing your browser’s site data.

3. Log files

Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically record standard technical information in server logs, such as IP address, browser type, referring page, date and time of the request. This is used for security, troubleshooting and basic traffic statistics.

4. Cookies and consent

Cookies are small text files placed on your device. The Site itself does not use cookies to identify you. However, third-party services that we use or may use in the future, such as advertising and analytics providers, may set cookies or use similar technologies, as described below.

When you first visit, a banner asks whether you accept non-essential cookies. Your choice (“Accept all” or “Essential only”) is saved in your browser’s local storage under the name vsh-consent, so we do not ask again on every page. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link in the footer of every page, or by clearing your browser’s site data. If you choose “Essential only”, we will not load personalised advertising or analytics cookies.

5. Advertising (Google AdSense and other third-party vendors)

We may show ads served by Google AdSense and other third-party advertising partners. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user’s prior visits to this Site or other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this Site and/or other sites on the Internet.

You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google’s Ads Settings. You can also opt out of some third-party vendors’ use of cookies for personalized advertising by visiting www.aboutads.info, or the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out page. To learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services, see How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, we will ask for your consent through a Google-certified consent management platform before personalized ads or non-essential cookies are used.

We have no access to or control over the cookies that third-party advertisers use, and this policy does not cover their practices. Please review their privacy policies.

6. Analytics

We may use a privacy-conscious analytics service in the future (for example Google Analytics or a cookieless alternative) to understand which tools are popular and to improve the Site. Such services may collect anonymous or aggregated information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device type and browser. If we add analytics, this policy will be updated and consent will be requested where required by law.

6a. Email you send us

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write. We use it only to reply and to fix the problem you report, and we do not sell it or add it to mailing lists.

7. Children’s privacy

The Site is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in some regions). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us and we will help remove it.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, UK GDPR or CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent. Because we do not collect personal data directly, most requests relate to third-party advertising or analytics providers; you can manage those through the opt-out links above and your browser settings. To make a request, contact us.

9. Third-party links

The Site may contain links to external websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Share buttons are plain links. Nothing is loaded from WhatsApp, X, Facebook, Reddit, Telegram or any other service until you click one, and then that service’s own privacy policy applies. The “Copy link” and “Install app” buttons work entirely on your device.

10. Security

We serve the Site over HTTPS where possible and keep processing in your browser to limit data exposure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the latest version.
